Assessment & Planning
We do a comprehensive assessment of your workspace to determine the scope of the decommissioning project, timelines, budget estimates, and provide a detailed itemized asset inventory with market valuation.

Removal
Once the decommissioning plan is approved, we disconnect, dismantle, and package assets appropriately. All office furniture and equipment are transported to their respective destinations, whether it’s your new office, our storage facility, recycling center, or landfill.

Environmental Scorecard
In the final step, we prepare an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report for your organization, detailing the environmental impact in terms of carbon emissions from the decommissioning job, as well as the social impact, if any furniture was donated to non-profits.
