When Prime Group Insurance renewed their lease in Tampa’s prestigious Westshore district, they partnered with ROF to turn their decade-old office into a bright, collaborative, and future-ready environment.
The goal: a space that reflected their evolving workforce and energized daily operations. ROF’s expert team reimagined the 6,000 sq. ft. floor plan with a lighter, more open layout that allowed natural light to flow freely—replacing tall, outdated panels with glass partitions and open sightlines.
Every department had a say in the design:
- Highly collaborative teams embraced open, seated-height workstations with transparent dividers
- Focus-driven departments benefited from added aisle privacy for concentration.
- Ergonomic sit-to-stand desks were installed across the board to support wellness and flexibility
In true ROF fashion, the solution was smart and sustainable—40% of the furniture was expertly remanufactured in our UL-certified Ybor City facility, blended seamlessly with carefully selected new pieces and reused items from the original office.
