When HCA Healthcare renovated their 27,000-square-foot regional headquarters in Tampa, FL in 2018, they partnered with Reimagine Office Furnishings (ROF) and architect Ai Collaborative to create a warm and inviting workspace. Having worked with HCA on several projects since 2012, it was a natural fit for the two companies to collaborate again. ROF worked closely with Ai’s design team and the end user to develop a customized furniture package that met HCA’s specific needs, with a strong emphasis on conferencing, training, and huddle spaces. The redesign also included new workstations in various shapes and sizes, designed to maximize efficiency and create a flexible work environment.

The result was a professional, yet adaptable space, featuring custom workstations for a range of job functions. By creating large in-house meeting and training spaces, HCA was able to eliminate the need to rent external venues for large events. Additionally, ROF helped HCA save thousands by remanufacturing some of their existing furniture assets with updated finishes, blending seamlessly with the new office design and avoiding the expense of purchasing new items.
