In a remarkable transformation, they turned 20 Muvico theaters into a stunning office space, with the assistance of Ai Collaborative, their internal design team, and Reimagine Office Furnishings (ROF). By incorporating the historic features of the building, they created inviting outdoor spaces while seamlessly integrating collaborative areas, conference rooms, and elegant executive spaces indoors.

The reception area is welcoming and offers a peek into the rest of the office, with an open staircase leading to the remaining floors. Along the way, you’ll find touchdown spaces, huddle areas, and a beautiful café that doubles as a meeting space—just a few of the eye-catching features that define this office environment. Ashley Furniture went the extra mile by installing height-adjustable desks at every workstation and in each private office, ensuring they attract and retain the best talent in Tampa Bay.
