Remanufactured Seating (Steelcase and Herman Miller)

Reimagine Office Furnishings provides a ten (10) year limited warranty on the majority of remanufactured Steelcase and Herman Miller seating products. Stack chairs and wood-frame chairs are covered by a five (5) year limited warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use during the applicable warranty period. If a qualifying defect is identified within the stated term, Reimagine Office Furnishings will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the original purchaser.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover fabric or upholstery materials, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, or normal wear and tear, including deterioration occurring over time.

While fabric wear is not covered under warranty, we welcome the opportunity to professionally reupholster your seating to restore it to like-new condition and extend the life of your investment.

Used Office Furniture (As-Is) Warranty

Used office furniture sold as-is is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal commercial use during the applicable warranty period. If a covered defect is identified within the first year, Reimagine Office Furnishings will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components at no cost to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic conditions consistent with pre-owned furniture.

After the one-year warranty period has expired, Reimagine Office Furnishings continues to offer repair, remanufacturing, and reupholstery services to extend the life of your office furniture.

New furniture products sold by ROF are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product and manufacturer. As an authorized dealer and reseller, ROF passes through all applicable manufacturer warranties without modification or extension.

Warranty terms, coverage duration, exclusions, and remedies are determined solely by the manufacturer and may differ across product lines, materials, and applications. Customers are encouraged to review the specific warranty documentation provided with their product for complete details regarding coverage, limitations, and claim procedures.

While manufacturer warranties govern coverage, ROF remains committed to customer satisfaction and will assist, on a case-by-case basis, in facilitating warranty inquiries or claims when a manufacturing defect is suspected. Our role is to help coordinate next steps in accordance with the manufacturer’s published warranty terms and respond appropriately based on the coverage provided.

ROF’s warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. This warranty information is subject to change, and the terms and conditions of the warranty in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
