Remanufactured Seating (Steelcase and Herman Miller):  

Reimagine Office Furnishings provides a 10-year warranty on the majority of remanufactured seating products from Steelcase and Herman Miller, except for stack chairs and wood frame chairs, which come with a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect is found within the specified warranty period, Reimagine Office Furnishings will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover fabric materials, damage due to abuse or misuse of the product, and failures resulting from normal wear and tear or deterioration over time.

Used Furniture:

For used furniture sold as-is, Reimagine Office Furnishings offers a 1-year warranty. If defects or problems are discovered within this initial year, Reimagine Office Furnishings will address and rectify them at no cost to the customer. After the 1-year warranty expires, Reimagine Office Furnishings still provides repair services, but a fee may apply for any necessary repairs.  

New Furniture:

Individual product warranty information applies and varies by manufacturer. Customers are encouraged to review the specific warranty provided with their product for complete details.

ROF’s warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. This warranty information is subject to change, and the terms and conditions of the warranty in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
